2. Hosting & server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). When you visit the site, Vercel processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser identifier) in server log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement is in place.

3. Cookieless audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics)

We use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous audience measurement. No cookies are set and no cross-device profiles are created; visitors are counted only via a daily-rotating, non-reversible hash. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Statistics & marketing — only with your consent

Only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, §165(3) Austrian TKG 2021) do we load the following services. Without consent, these services are not loaded and no such cookies are set:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) — statistics on website usage. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. IP anonymisation is enabled.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) — measuring the performance of our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Data may be transferred to the USA; Meta Platforms Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage, category “Essential”). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with future effect via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

5. Ticket purchase

Tickets are not sold through this website but via the official vendors (Wiener Stadthalle Betriebs- und Veranstaltungsgesellschaft m.b.H., culturall.com). Their own privacy policies apply to processing there.

6. Contact

If you contact us by email or phone (e.g. press & accreditation), we process the data you provide to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Your rights
